Services Provided
We offer a wide range of cleaning services tailored to residential and commercial properties, including:

Standard recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

Move-in/move-out cleanings

Post-construction or renovation cleanups

Specialized add-ons upon request (e.g., oven cleaning, inside fridge, interior windows)
Each service is customized based on property size, number of rooms, cleanliness condition, and additional requests made at the time of booking.
Booking and Confirmation
Clients can book services via our website, phone, or through our integrated reservation form. All bookings must include:

Square footage or approximate size

Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

Presence of pets

Any special instructions or access codes
Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text from us. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
Access to Property
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the cleaning team has access to the property on the scheduled day and time. If we are unable to access the property due to a locked door, no one present, or inaccessible gate/entry:

The appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is based on:

Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

Condition of the property

Selected level of service (standard or deep)

Additional services and special requests
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please refer to our full Cancellation Policy. Key highlights:

No fee if cancelled/rescheduled 48+ hours in advance.

$50 fee if cancelled within 24–48 hours.

50% of total service cost if cancelled same-day or within 12 hours.
Rescheduling is always free if done with sufficient notice.
Pet Policy
We love pets! However, for the safety of your animals and our team:

Please secure pets in a separate room or crate during cleaning.

Inform us in advance if pets are on-site.

Additional charges may apply for pet hair, stains, or odors.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing exceptional service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning:

Please contact us within 24 hours.

We will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge.

No refunds are issued once a service has been performed.
Breakage or Damage
While we treat your property with care, accidents can happen. If damage or breakage occurs:

Notify us within 24 hours.

We will investigate and address the issue appropriately.

We are fully insured and will cover accidental damage caused by our staff.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

Pre-existing conditions (loose knobs, damaged walls, etc.)

Improperly installed fixtures

Items not secured or marked as fragile
Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver efficient service, we ask that you:

Remove clutter from surfaces to be cleaned

Secure or remove valuable items

Ensure all utilities (water/electricity) are working

Notify us of any specific instructions or allergies to cleaning product
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information shared with us (e.g., address, contact info) is kept confidential. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your information.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at any time due to:

Unsafe conditions (e.g., pest infestations, hazardous materials)

Disrespectful or abusive behavior

Misrepresentation of service details (e.g., hidden areas, extreme mess not reported)
