Cancellation Policy

At we respect your time and the commitment of our cleaning team. To maintain an efficient schedule and high-quality service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Terms

48 hours or more before appointment:
No cancellation fee. You're free to cancel or reschedule at no charge.
24 to 48 hours before appointment:
A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to cover reserved time and preparation.
Same-day or within 12 hours of service:
A fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be charged due to short notice.

Additional Information

Rescheduling:
To avoid any fees, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Prepaid Clients / Membership Holders:
Cancellation fees will be deducted from your existing balance or your next service.
